Alder builds and renovates houses in Dublin, from single-storey extensions to whole-home upgrades. The same team designs the work and then builds it, so you sign one contract and deal with one company throughout. We took the name from an Irish tree that grows in hard ground and holds its roots, because that is what this work asks for.
What we are working towards is straightforward. You agree a figure at the start, the work runs to a programme you were given, and the house comes back with its certificates in order. There is no architect, engineer and builder to coordinate between, and no gaps for a project to fall into.
Every trade that needs a registration holds one, and they are all on our payroll. We insure every project and an independent engineer certifies the work.
We build whole spaces rather than single rooms. Knowing that before you call saves you a site visit that was never going to go anywhere.
